All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Marlow Cemetery--Marlow OK Marlow Review 21 Mar 2005 Alaina Christina "Kris" (Armstrong) Ball Lifelong Marlow resident, Alaina Christine "Kris" (Armstrong) Ball, 53, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2005, in Lawton. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 23, at the First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bubba Clark officiating. Burial was held in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home. Born April 3, 1951, to Jerrell and LaRue (Williamson) Armstrong, in Marlow, she graduated from Marlow High School in 1969, and enjoyed crafts, crocheting, vacationing, all sports, fishing, and her grandchildren. On July 3, 1969, she married Cletis Ray Ball, in Marlow. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerrell Armstrong; her mother-in- law, Bonnie Ball; a sister-in-law, Neva Sue; and a brother-in-law, Budrou Gibson. Survivors in addition to her husband, Cletis, of the home include; two sons and daughters-in-law, Casey and Shanna Ball of Baton Rouge, LA, and J.J. and Janie Ball of Marlow; her mother, LaRue Armstrong of Marlow; and six grandchildren. Other survivors include, a brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Joy Armstrong of Tuttle; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Danine Hazen and Scott Woods of Duncan, and Estelle and Steve Saunders of Houston, Texas; father-in-law, Cletis E. Ball of Marlow; two sisters-in-law, Janice and James Underwood of Edmond and Betty Hammond of Yukon; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Rick Goddard, Donnie Pigg, Harry Linam, Leroy Walker, Dale Estes, and Kent Dunn.
