He married Ann Gover on Sept. 12 1962. He earned a Bachelor of Sicience Degree in Agronomy from Okla. State Univ.. and studied Business at Okla. Univ. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marlow and the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Ann, a son, Darren and Jana Bridges of Hennessey OK, a daughter Holly Diann and Mike Ottinger of Weatherford OK, two granddaughters Bethany and Kelsey Bridges of Hennessey, He and Ann raised his siblings David, Denise and Debbie who also survive him, brother David Bridges of Lawton, Denise and Rick Patterson of Marlow, Debbie and Danny Del Hierro of Euless TX. He is also survived by sister Marilyn Anderson of Marlow. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Doris June and Delores Bridges and two brothers Don and Jim Bridges. Funeral services were held at the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Max Pyron of the First Baptist Church officiating.
