Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Immanuel Baptist Church with Dr. Jack Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Duncan City Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at 2809 Timber Ridge Drive in Duncan. Mrs. Broaddus was born Jan. 18, 1929, in Countyline, to Ira and Beulah Dixon Bolles. She married Gene Charles Broaddus on Nov. 6, 1947, at St. Elmo, Ill. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and a loving wife. Over her life she enjoyed reading, traveling, knitting, stain glass, painting and sewing for herself, her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Gene, of the home; two daughters and sons- in-law, Margie and Carey Miller and Traci and Rick Kistler, all of Norman; a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Susan Broaddus of Houston, Texas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Oleta and Merle Beeson of Oklahoma City and Betty and Billy Feezel of St. Elmo; six grandsons, Derrick Miller, Blake, Conner and Carson Broaddus, Dirk and Jake Kistler; and one granddaughter, Darci Kistler. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother and sister-in-law, Ortez and Oleta Bolles; and a grandson, Chad Lee Charles Miller. Bearers will be Reg Lasater, Kenny Sims, Bob McCormack, Conrad Reed, Edwin Stahl Jr. and Raymond Stahl.
