Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche with Belindia Goompi officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home of Walters. Mrs. Brunson was born Jan. 5, 1909, in Duncan to Samuel Edgar and Henry Elizabeth Bell Smiddy. She lived in the Duncan area most of her life. She married R.M. "Jack" Brunson, and he preceded her in death in 1974. Mrs. Brunson was a business woman, licensed as a barber and in cosmetics. Survivors include four grandchildren, David Philip Donaho and his wife, Gerry, of La Place, La., Jack Edwin Donaho Jr. and his wife, Donna, of Fairfax, Va., Teri Arlene Donaho Mansour of Fort Worth, Texas, and L. Kathleen Donaho-Jaeger and her husband, Phillip, of Austin, Texas; six great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Juhree Smiddy of Marlow; as well as many nieces and nephews, Betty Komah, Sam Reynolds, Carol Sue Hammett, Charlene Foshee, Brenda Shoemacker, Curtis Parker, Alvin Parker, Mary Phelps, Sam Smiddy, Earlene Smiddy, Charles Smiddy, Jonathan Scott and Terrie Pearce; other relatives and many friends. She was also preceded in death by her only child, Jack E.
