Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. Burial was held at Restland Memorial Park. Born November 6, 1911, to early day settlers Tom and Mamie McGuire. She attended Marlow school. She was frequent visitor to Marlow and religiously attended Marlow school. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters Vivian Sheilds of Marlow, Ora Webb of Duncan and Kittye Thompson of Dallas. Survivors include two daughters and a son Tommy Evans of Dallas, TX, Judy Morgan of Paris, TX and Ed Cronan of Dallas, TX; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two nieces Sug Shields Cochran of Oklahoma City and Dorothy Shields Cates of Amarillo, TX.
