Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Callaway- Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Meador and the Rev. Clyde Headley officiating. Burial was held in the Marlow Cemetery. Born June 10, 1914, to Joseph and Adele (Willis) Midkiff in Campbell, MO, she was a housewife. Mrs. Davis lived in Duncan for 25 years and Dumas, TX for 22 years, she attended Cabe School near Coalgate and was a member of Tops and became a Kop. On June 13, 1929, she married Willis "Ray" Davis in Atoka, he preceded her in death on February 8, 1984. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; four brothers; and two grandchildren. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law Helen and A. I. Powell of Duncan and Marilyn and Billy Yates of Duncan; two sons and daughters-in-law James and Norma Davis of Redding, CA and Clovis and Janice Davis of Amarillo, TX; sixteen grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Larry Ruth; Randy Ruth; Larry D. Myers; Brad Davis; Terry Ruth; and Ron Turner.
