Service will at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Marlow with the Rev. Ron Meador and the Rev. Clyde Headley officiating. Burial will be in Marlow Cemetery. Mrs. Davis was born June 10, 1914, in Campbell, Mo., to Joseph and Adele Willis Midkiff. She married Willis “Ray” Davis on June 13, 1929, in Atoka. He preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 1984. Mrs. Davis was a housewife and lived in Duncan for 25 years. She also lived in the Dumas, Texas, and Spearman, Texas, areas for 22 years. She attended Cabe School near Colgate. She was a member of TOPS and became a KOP. She enjoyed embroidery, crochet and working in flower beds. She was an excellent cook and her specialty was cherry cobbler. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Duncan for 25 years. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Helen Lucille and A.I. Powell and Marilyn Rae and Billy Yates, all of Duncan; two sons and daughters-in-law, James Joseph and Norma Davis of Redding, Calif.; Clovis Gerald and Janice Davis of Amarillo, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 28 great- grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, four brothers and two grandchildren. Bearers will be Larry Ruth, Randy Ruth, Larry D.
