Morlow Dees

PLAINVIEW - Morlow Dees, 83, died Saturday, April 3, 1999.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Lemons Funeral Home Memorial Chapel 
with the Rev. Don Robertson, pastor of College Heights Baptist Church, 
officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery.

Mr. Dees was born in Marlow, Okla., and graduated from Plainview High 
School. He was a veteran of both World War II and the Korean War. He was a 
Mason, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 27 years.

He married Christine Raper Dees in 1935 at Plainview.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jeannett Julia of New Britain, 
Conn., and Juanita Patton of Shreveport, La.; a son, Richard B. Dees of 
Victorville, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
