Surnames: Dudrick, Shook, Hazelbaker, Ward

Henry Dudrick of Duncan, born October 13,1903 in Austria, Hungary to 
John and Elizabeth Dudrick, died April 2 1999 at Duncan Regional 
Hospital. After moving to Czechoslovakia, the family immigrated to 
the United States in 1908. He grew up in Slovak Ark. where he was a 
rice farmer. 

He married Nellie Lucille Hagan Dec. 24 1953. He was a member of the 
First United Methodist Church in Duncan. Survivors include one son 
and daughter-in-law, Leland and Hazelle Shook of Friendswood TX, one 
daughter and son-in-law, Ann and George Hazelbaker of Duncan, 
grandchildren include, Diane Hazelbaker, Karl Hazelbaker, both of 
Duncan, Karen Ward of Friendswood TX, and John Shook of Eden Prairie 
Minn., five great-grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Adrian, Jennifer 
and Shawn. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife in 
1998, three sisters and one brother. Graveside services were in the 
Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Eldon Moelling officiating.

Burial was under the direction of the Grantham Funeral Home of 
Duncan.
