All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 10 May 2003 Raymond Roy Dale DUNCAN — Funeral for Raymond Roy Dale, 83, Duncan, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Leonard Keele officiating. Mr. Dale died Thursday, May 8, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Duncan City Cemetery. He was born April 24, 1920, in Fillmore, to Jim W. and Lassie Jones Dale. He served in the Army from Nov. 21, 1942, to Aug. 27, 1943. He married Lathelle D. Thompson on Aug. 15, 1941, in Pauls Valley. He was a farmer and rancher all of his life, and a member of Marlow Christian Church. Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Stephen Dale, Duncan; a daughter, Beth Luttrull, Orange Park, Fla.; three brothers: Fred Dale and Jimmy Dale, both of Davis; and George Dale, Elmore City; five sisters: Hettie Floyd, Hot Springs, Ark.; Ethel Allen, Woodland, Calif.; Olyne Simmons, Ardmore; Bonnie Morris, Mesquite, Texas; and Lauralee Byrd, Amarillo, Texas; two grandchildren: Suzanna Sizemore, Jacksonville, Fla.; and Jason Luttrull, Milledgeville, Ga.; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
