All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 23 Nov 2003 Dorothy Donnel LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. — Funeral for former Frederick resident Dorothy Lorene Donnel, 82, Lake Havasu City, Ariz., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Burhardt Chapel of Frederick Memorial Cemetery with the Chaplain Jim McGuire, Hospice of Lawton Area, officiating. Mrs. Donnel died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at her daughter's home. Burial is under direction of Gray Gish Funeral Home, Frederick. She was born April 2, 1921, in Marlow to Roy and Iva Perry McKelvy. She moved to Manitou and then to Frederick in 1948. She owned and operated City Café and her children grew up working there. She made Lake Havasu City her home seven years ago, after moving there from Gold Beach, Ore. Survivors include a son, David Lee Key and his wife, Pat, Banning, Calif.; three daughters: Geri Leipart and her husband, Charles, Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; Peggy Williams and her husband, Tom, Banning, Calif.; and Claudine Roglin and her husband, Leon, Post Falls, Idaho; three sisters: Cora Miller, Yucaipa, Calif.; Francis Brown, Tahlequah; and Ruth Cornwall, Lubbock, Texas; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lawton Area, 1930 Ferris Avenue, Suite 5, Lawton, 73507, in memory of Dorothy Donnel. Audrey L. Lentz Funeral for Audrey L. Lentz, 78, Lawton, is pending with Becker Funeral Home.
