She attended Satterwhite Schools. She married Monroe Fisher in Elmore City on Oct. 21,1928, moving to Marlow in 1947. She was a housewife and attended Eastside Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Kenny Fisher of Marlow and Keith Fisher of Iowa Park TX; five daughters, Eva Cowan, Margie Williams, and Elaine Allen, all of Duncan, Wynona Fisher of Marlow and Gina Turkett of Meridian; a brother Paul LeMay of Pauls Valley; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1967. Graveside services were held in Elmore City Cemetery with Rev. Gene Vernon officiating under the directions of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Marlow. --------------------------------------------------------------------
