She married Roland W. Gay on March 4, 1950 in Duncan. She graduated from Duncan High School, attended Oklahoma A&M. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Assumption Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of the home, son, Larry Gay and special friend Claudia Langston, daughter Deborah Parks, and son and daughter-in-law Robert and Janet Gay, all of Duncan; eight grandchildren, Chris and Denise Gay, Matthew and Katie Gay, Rebecca Gay, Laura Gay, Michaela Parks, Lindsey Parks, Candice and Richard Edwards and Travis Gay; eight great-grandchildren; cousin Helen and Clarence Marshall of Fort Worth. Funeral services were in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating.
