Arrangements are under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. ========= Duncan Banner 11 Aug 2002 Earl Seth Graves Jr. Earl Seth Graves Jr. died Friday, Aug. 9, 2002, at his home after a long illness. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Assumption Catholic Church by Father Victor John. Arrangements are being made through Grantham Funeral Home. There will be no visitation at the funeral home, but friends are welcome at the family home. Mr. Graves was born July 16, 1924, at DeNoya to Earl S. Graves Sr. and Leota Graves. He was an Army veteran and attended St. Gregory's College in Shawnee and the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He married Ramona Tener on May 30, 1956. He was owner of Graves Construction Co. until his retirement in 1988, and he was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. He enjoyed reading, boating and fishing. Survivors include his wife of the home; daughter Maureen Graves, son-in- law Ken Pomeranz and grandsons Jesse and David of Irvine, Calif.; son Tony Graves, daughter-in-law Anne and granddaughters Danyelle and Autumn of Rowlett, Texas; and son Matt Graves, daughter-in-law Lori, and grandson Seth of Edmond.
