All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Duncan Banner 12 Dec 2002 Eva Estelle Green MARLOW — Service for Eva Estelle Green, 74, of Marlow, who died today in Marlow, is pending with Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow. ========= Duncan Banner 13 Dec 2002 Green, Eva Estelle MARLOW - Eva Estelle Green, 74, of Marlow died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002, in Marlow. Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church of Marlow with the Rev. Max Pyron officiating. Burial will be in Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Marlow. Mrs. Green was born Oct. 12, 1928, in Blue, Texas, to Jim W. and Laura Ensey Hall. She married Olen Clinton Green on Nov. 2, 1947, in Henrietta, Texas. He preceded her in death on June 25, 1999. Mrs. Green was a 1947 graduate of Comanche High School. She worked as a receptionist at the Talley-Walker Clinic in Marlow for seven years and the Lindley Clinic in Duncan for four years. She retired from the medical field in 1972. She enjoyed gardening and loved being a homemaker, mother and wife. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Marlow. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Jim Brown and Sharon and Robert Kizarr, all of Marlow, and Judy and Arnold May of Rush Springs; a brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Flo Hall of Bethany; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Thelma and Berdine Forest of Del City, Verdean Phillips and Joesephine and Larry Cleavelin, all of Bethany, and Verla and Bill McDaniel of Duncan; a niece, Jane Pollock of Duncan; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Jewel Arthur, Dorothy Jean Hall, Leona McHenry and Carra Brown; and a brother, Herschel Hall.
