All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Duncan Cemetery--Duncan OK Duncan Banner 11 Jul 2003 Jeremie James Hefner Jeremie James Hefner, 21, of Duncan went to be with his heavenly Father on Thursday, July 10, 2003. Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jimmy Green and Dr. Craig Christina officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Jeremie was born Dec. 15, 1981, to James Hefner and Jamie Hefner. On March 27, 2002, he was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Kayli Alexis Hefner, who was the light of his life. He loved baseball and fishing and loved being with people. He always had a smile and a hug for his family members and his favorite friends. Most of all, Jeremie loved spending time with his daughter. "Jeremie, your beautiful brown eyes, sweet smile and precious hugs and kisses will be missed, but you will be in our hearts forever and always. God gave us a special gift when He loaned us a very precious son, grandson, father, nephew and cousin. We know that God shared you with us and one day we will see you in heaven." God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that we should not perish, but have everlasting life. He is survived by his mother, Jamie, who loved him dearly, of the home; his father, James Hefner of Hastings; a daughter, Kayli Alexis Hefner; a brother, Jayce Hefner, whom he adored, of the home; his loving grandparents, James and Jo Robnett of Duncan and Ruth Hefner; a loving aunt and uncle, Pammie and Mike Reid; and many friends that loved him. Bearers will be Eddie Reid, Josh Butler, Jeff Crook, Ewanee Benson, Geoffrey Davis, James Turner, D.J. Witty and Casey Brooksher.
