All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Marlow Cemetery--Marlow OK Marlow Review 21 Apr 2005 Lifelong area resident, Ray Hogue Hayes, 80, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2005, in Central High. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 18, at Callaway-Smith- Cobb Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Steve Cofer officiating. Burial was held in the Marlow Cemetery. Born Oct. 1, 1924, to John and Viola (Clark) Hayes, in Three Sands, he served in the U.S. Army during WWII. On May 24, 1947, he married Wanda Morrison, in Marlow. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Darlene Davis. Survivors in addition to his wife, Wanda, of the home include, a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Doyle Burk of Van Alstyne, Texas; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Other survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, W.O. and Ruth Hayes of Hinton, and Douglas and Mary Hayes of Ardmore; a sister, Doris Elmore of Lindsay; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were his nephews.
