He was born Feb 24, 1870 in McNairy Co. Tenn. and came from Texas to I.T.(Indian Territory). 45 years ago and had lived at his present home for 32 years. He was a carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. B. E. Hodges, and 3 children; Mrs. M.P. Widemun, Mrs. A. M. McNeal and Fred Hodges of Alma. Brothers E. A. Hodges of Chillicothe, Texas and Will of San Angelo, Texas and Luther of McAlister. Sisters are Mrs. W. H. Reynolds of Pauls Valley, Mrs. Tommie Wesmorland of McAlester; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday at 3 PM at the Alma Cemetery conducted by Rev.
