Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Tracy L. Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. Lester was born June 15, 1918, in Elk City, to Arthur and Carrie Hall. He married Virginia Tinney on April 25, 1943. Lester was a veteran of World War II and Korea. He practiced dentistry in Duncan for 36 years, retiring in 1983. Lester was a member of the First Christian Church Men's Class, Stephens County Dental Society and a life member of the Elk's Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Virginia, of the home; a brother, Dr. James V. Hall and his wife, Carolyn, of Chickasha; three sisters, Edith Hutson, Ester Stack and Helen Ferguson, all of Elk City; three children, Dr. Mark Hall and his wife, Kathy, of Winder, Ga., Dr. Kent Hall and his wife, Judy, of Duncan, and Janeen Cash of Duncan; eight grandchildren, Joe Hall of Duncan, Mary Bostick and her husband, Brent, of Duncan, Stephanie Hall of Norman, Jennifer Plank and her husband, Mark, of Columbia, S.C., Andrew Hanna of Atlanta, Ga., Lindsey Cooper of Duncan, Christopher Hall of Atlanta, and Carrie Hall of Winder; one great-grandchild, Brooklyn Bostick of Duncan; many nieces and nephews, including A.L. Hutson and his wife, Linda, and their three children, Ross Hutson, Allen Hutson and Clay Hutson, all of Duncan; and two sisters-in-law, Betty Swearingen and her husband, Dale, of Edmond, and Ella Rita Helfrich of Houston, Texas. Bearers will be Joe Hall, Andrew Hanna, Christopher Hall, Ross Hutson, Allen Hutson and Clay Hutson. Honorary bearers are Paul Sullivan, Frank Pruett, Wilbur Clayton, Buddy Campbell and the Men's Class of First Christian Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Chisholm Trail Hospice, P.O.
