Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Fair Baptist Church at Empire, with the Rev. David Spangler officiating. Burial will be in Duncan City Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home. Hazel Elizabeth was born Feb. 7, 1914, in Wagoner, to Mose Burnington and Minnie Elizabeth Steadman Price. She graduated with honors from high school in Alliance, Neb., and later attended business college. She married Fred L. Smith, and he preceded her in death in 1976. She later married Ermon Horn, and he preceded her in death in 1981. Mrs. Horn was employed in the Trust Department of banks in Casper, Wyo., and Dunedin, Fla., before moving to Oklahoma in 1981, at which time she retired. She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. She was a member of Fair Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and David Johnson of Duncan, and Sally Ann and Ernie Eckert of Granite Bay, Calif.; a son and daughter-in-law, Fred L. Smith III and Myrtle of Tyrone; two stepsons, Bill Horn of Elko, Nev., and Barry Horn of Casper, Wyo.; two half-sisters, Dortha McCullah of Alliance, and Stella Eismann of Florida; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Elizabeth Smith in 1933; a brother, Bud Price in 1956; three half-sisters, Toots Price, Nell Price and Minnie Moore; and a half-brother, Lawrence Price. Bearers will be great-grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson, David Johnson III, Will Clark, Garrett Clark, Derek Johnson and Jeff McGuire. Honorary bearers are all other great-grandchildren.
