Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Loco Baptist Church. Burial will be in Loco Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche. Visitation will be until 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at the funeral home in Comanche. Merry Wenona was born April 17, 1922, in Addington, to A.W. and Ophir Harris McCartney. She married W.D. Jobe on June 1938, east of Comanche. To this union one son, David, was born. Mrs. Jobe was preceded in death by her husband, W.D., on Feb. 27, 2002.
