V.E. Johns

HALE CENTER - V.E. "Van" Johns, 73, died Saturday, April 18, 1998.

Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Plainview Cemetery with Dr. 
Max Browning, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Plainview, 
officiating. Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mr. Johns was born in Duncan, Okla. He was retired from Pantex. He was a 
Mason.

Survivors include a son, Dale Johns of Amarillo; four grandchildren; and 
several great-grandchildren.
