Brown Johnson, died March 10 1999 in her home. She married Winston Athon Johnson on April 4 1936 in Duncan. She was member of the Moran Women's Extension Homemakers Club and the Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mickey and Barbara Johnson of Comanche and Jim P. and Ruth Ann Johnson of Chickasha, four grandchildren, Alicia Johnson of Norman, Austin Johnson of Chickasha, Jay Kyle Johnson and Jayna Lawrence both of Duncan, three great-grandchildren Erin Lyle, Houston Johnson and Joshua Lawrence, a step-grandson Ty Fawbush. Funeral services were in the Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home in Duncan. --------------------------------------------------------------------
