All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Duncan City Cemetery--Duncan OK Duncan Banner 02 May 2003 Billy Lynn Jordan Billy Lynn Jordan, 50, of Duncan passed away Thursday, May 1, 2003, in Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. The family asks that you join them for a memorial service to find some peace, as they wish him well on his journey home, wrapped in the wings of angels, at 10 a.m. Saturday in Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Douthitt officiating. Interment will be at Duncan Cemetery. Billy Lynn was born June 27, 1952, in Duncan, to Leonard and Allene Clampitt Jordan. He married Sonja Pfeifer on Nov. 12, 1976, in Duncan. Mr. Jordan was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the United States Marine Corp from 1969 to 1974. He worked as a machinist at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas, and then as a jeweler in Duncan. He was a perpetual member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife of the home; a son, Jeffery Lynn Jordan of Duncan; an aunt, Lena Rainer of Duncan; a sister, Rilda Kay Howell and her husband, James, of Duncan; and his pet, Littlen’. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Wanda Pyron; and a nephew, Craig Pyron.
