She was adopted by Leon and Georgia Parrish. She attended schools in Wichita Falls TX, earning a degree from Midwestern State University. She worked with BIOS in Okla. City. She married David Keiper on Oct. 7 1994 in Wichita Falls. Survivors include her husband of the home in Duncan, one son Billy Reeves of Ft. Worth TX, two daughters, Debrael Reeves and Amy Reeves, three Brothers, Charles E. Smith, Michael Nelson and Marvin Nelson, four sisters, Mary and Gene Soloman, Kathy and Bud Barnhart, Mattie and Denny Gona , and Diane and Floyd Browning, three grandchildren, Shaynah Baker, Alexis Norton and Haylee Lipscomb. She was preceded in death by her father William Odell Smith and one brother. She was buried in Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche. --------------------------------------------------------------------
