Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Addington First Baptist Church with Ralph Slate officiating. Burial will be in the Addington Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home in Waurika. Mr. Lindesmith was born July 15, 1940, at home on the Stephens County Line, to Leo and Pauline Lindesmith. He married Peggy Claudine Wright on April 14, 1962. Mr. Lindesmith worked for Halliburton as a hydraulic rebuilder for 18 years. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Peggy, of the home; a son, Greg Lindesmith of Comanche; a daughter, Lorie Sullivan of Waurika; his stepmother, Wynema Lindesmith; 10 stepbrothers and stepsisters, Michael Martin, Lajuana Lewis, Wayne Lindesmith, LaRue Parker, Tressia Bond, Steve Martin, Cleo Barnes, Lynette Martin, Darlene Martin, Billie Ruth Huff; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a step-brother and a step-sister.
