Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 22, at Stout-Philips Funeral Home Chapel in Wewoka, with the Rev. Don Ramsey officiating. Burial was held in the Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka. Born Oct. 15, 1940, to W.A. “Bill” and Ruth (Rutherford) Horne, in Wewoka, she was a member of the American Business Club and the Duncan Christmas Dinners Club. In 1956, she married Phillip McDonald in Wewoka. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors in addition to her husband, Phil, of the home include, a son , Rob McDonald of Marlow; a grandson, Jay Patton of Edmond; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Ronnie Hearn and Ellen and Jimmy Azlin all of Wewoka; a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Serving as pallbearers were Tony Azlin, Jimmy Azlin, Shane Azlin, Tommy Azlin, Grant Smith and Monte Phillips.
