All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Marlow Cemetery--Marlow OK Marlow Review 29 Sep 2005 Beatrice Maxwell, 93, of Bray, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2005, in Bray. Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. today, Thursday, September 29, at the First Baptist Church in Marlow, with Dale Nease officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow. Beatrice was born Tuesday, April 23, 1912 in Bray, to the late C.J. "Lum" and Birdie Lela (Ward) Morrison. Beatrice lived all her life in Bray Community, she was a 1930 graduate of Bray High School. She married Elmer Boyd Lowe in October 1930. He preceded her in death on July 31, 1932. Beatrice later married Buster Maxwell in December 1936. He also preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 1976. She attended the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Marlow. Survivors include two sons, Boyd "Wayne" Lowe and wife Clairetta of Kingfisher, and Kenneth Lee "Tootie" Maxwell and wife Ramona of Bray; a daughter, Rovena Branum and husband Rodney of Bray; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; a brother, Luther Morrison and wife Wanda of Marlow; five sisters, Leota Bowman and husband Paul of Durant, Irene Cofer, Faye Hayes, and Tommie Atkinson and husband Lewis, all of Marlow, and Frances McCune of Lawton; and aunt, Madge (Ward) Goodrich of Edmond. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; a daughter, Bobbie Jo Lowe; two brothers, C.J. "Junior" Morrison and M.L. Morrison; and a sister, Bernice Brooks. Pallbearers are Barney Thompson, Dan Alig, Dewayne Lowe, Kevin Graham, Jerry Warren, Johnny Maxwell, Daniel Harrison, Jimmy Nichols.
