"Gene" Miller, born Jan 17, 1941 in Chickasha to Charles William and Vella Mae Dillard Miller, died June 10, 1999 at Duncan Regional Hospital. He married Cheri Ann Wortham on Oct. 20 1969 in Rush Springs. He graduated from Chickasha High School and lived in Marlow for 30 years. He was a former member of the 95th National Guard. He was owner/operator of Precious Memories Antiques. Survivors include his wife of the home, his mother of Chickasha, two sisters, Joyce Day and Kathy Smith of Tahlequah, five brothers, Carl Miller, Jerry Miller, Vernon Miller, Jimmy Miller and Burton Miller, all of Chickasha. He was preceded in death by his father and a son Jeffery Eugene Miller on Dec. 15 1991. Funeral services were in the First Baptist Church of Marlow with Rev. Joe Ligon officiating. Burial was in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Marlow. --------------------------------------------------------------------
