He graduated from high school in Laverne Calif. in 1947. He married Wanda Lee David in Wichita Falls on Aug. 4 1948. He owned the Central Ambulance Service in Duncan and Marlow. He was also the owner of Earl's Motor Co. and RV's in Marlow. He was a member os the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife of the home, tow sons, Michael Morris of Marlow and David Morris of Duncan, four daughters, Karen Randall of Marlow, Lana Towell of Duncan, Connie Gatewood of Houston and Kim Ramsey of Austin., two brothers, Leon Morris of Pueblo Colo. and Foster Morris of San Bernardino CA., three sisters , Vera Henton of West Virginia, Eveline Lenton of San Diego Ca., Pauline Smith of Lake Havisu City Ariz. , nine grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Albert Morris. Funeral services were in the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ with Leonard Keele officiating and Jerry Montgomery assisting. Burial was in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. --------------------------------------------------------------------
