Jeanne Morgan, 78, of OKC, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, April 26, 2004, after a long and courageous battle with illness. She was born on January 9, 1926, in Healdton, OK, the daughter of Wilmer and Dessie (Holden) Grisham. She graduated from Healdton High School in 1942. She was married on December 2, 1944, to John A. Morgan, Jr., in Boise, ID, and enjoyed 55 years of marriage. Jeanne and her family previously lived in OKC for 8 years, then moved to Duncan for 19 years. She worked for Halliburton as an executive secretary. Jeanne dedicated her life to Jesus Christ in 1971 and began a Christian ministry in Muskogee, OK, in 1973. She returned to OKC in 1979, where she worked for Aminoil and Phillips Petroleum. Jeanne's faith and testimony encouraged, aided and inspired countless others to seek and know the Lord. Her love of God is her legacy to her family and friends. She was a good and faithful servant of the Lord. Jeanne is survived by three children, Jon Marc and wife, Bernie Morgan of Edmond, Keith and wife, Pam Morgan of Chickasha and daughter Alicia and husband, Harold Hudson of The Woodlands, TX; one brother, Hershell and wife Joann Grisham of OKC, and a sister, Joyce and husband Bob Hickman of Denver, CO; 9 grandchildren, Kristen and husband, Tim Kilkenny, of Boise, ID, Stephen and wife, Charity Morgan, of Chickasha, Jon Marc Morgan, Jr. of OK, Stephanie Morgan of Chickasha, Jaclyn, Victor and Victoria Hudson of The Woodlands, TX, Blake Morgan of Edmond; and 4 great grandchildren, Tyler and Riley Kilkenny, Kylie Morgan and Peyton Morgan; and many relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 29, 2004, at the All Soul's Episcopal Chapel, 63rd and Pennsylvania in OKC. Private burial at Rose Hill Cemetery, OKC, OK. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Resurrection House Homeless Ministry, P.O.
