Larry Dale Martin was born February 11, 1943 in Comanche, Oklahoma. He was the son of Ott and Tommie Martin. He died Sunday July 23, 2006 in Integris Baptist Hospital of Oklahoma City. He attended Chickasha schools. He and Judy Allen were married October 5, 1962, in Chickasha. He worked for Linville Horse Trailer for twenty nine years as shop foreman. He also worked for Flow Line Products for eleven years. He had a passion for taking care of his animals and his family farm, and he raised cattle. He worked and trained his horses. He rode bulls and rodeoed with his children as they participated. After he retired he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren who he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by: his son, Dale Wayne Martin, June 15, 2006; his parents, Ott and Tommie Martin; his brother, Billy Don Martin; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Allie and Bill Allen. Survivors include: his wife, Judy Martin of the home; one daughter, Stacee and husband, Kevin Carter; his grandchildren, Trever Dale Martin, Joshua Wheeler, Morgen Carter, Macie Carter.
