She married Clay Monroe Nevels on Oct. 8 1932 in Guthrie OK. She had lived in the Marlow area since 1950. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Marlow. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Gloria Ann Nevels, Betty and Monty Fincher, and Polly and Ron Sparks, all of Marlow, a son, Daniel Nevels of San Antonio TX, nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 17 1964. Funeral services were in the First Assembly of God Church in Marlow with Rev. Eugene Howeth officiating. Burial was in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway- Smith-Cobb Funeral Home of Marlow. --------------------------------------------------------------------
