Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Stanley Teleford officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Frances Hermione was born Dec. 2, 1921, in Duncan, to Lee S. and Vurlea Seely Mitchell. She married Doral Pickard on May 2, 1942, in Duncan. Frances worked in the State Insurance Fund department for the State of Oklahoma. She was a member or the Rainbow Strollers and the VFW Auxiliary Post 1192. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jean Easter of Oklahoma City; four sisters, Gay Willeford and Angela Mitchell, both of Duncan, Judy Perry of McAllen, Texas, and Marquita McCrae of Peru, Ind.; a brother, Tony Mitchell of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren, Ceceila Alley, Allynn Grace and Sarah Anne Stahlheber, all of Oklahoma City, Linda Golden of Springtown, Texas, and Jeffery Paul Easter of Oklahoma City; five great-grandchildren, Charity Lehenbauer, Keven Lehenbauer and Gene Lahenbauer, all of Midwest City, Scott Golden of Azel, Texas, and Nichole Golden of Springtown; and seven great-great- grandchildren, Jordan Nance, Tessa Moore, Tristain Moore, Niki Pexa, Devon Golden, Cody and Britney Easter. She was preceded in death by Doral Pickard; a great-grandchild, Michael Lawrence Golden; a daughter, Juanzella Stahlheber; her parents; three brothers, Pat, Albert Lee and Chester Mitchell; and three sisters, Jean Davies, Dixie Snyder and Janet Wilson.
