Joe Ligon officiating. Mr. Parks died Friday, April 26, 2002, at his home. Burial will be at Faxon Cemetery under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Nina D. Parks, of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law: Rebecca and Bennie Gipson, Faxon; Alicia Gayle and Joe Lee, Tucson, Ariz.; and Charlotte and Larry Johnsey, Talequah; two sons and daughters-in-law: Warren and Shawn Parks, Cache; and David and Leigh Storey, Marlow; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Lela and Lamoin Champ, Nocona, Texas; and Donna and R. L.
