All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 6 Jul 2003 *Kenneth Walter Price MARLOW — Funeral for Kenneth Walter Price, 72, Lake Humphreys, Marlow, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel, Duncan, with Randy Southerland, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church, Duncan, officiating. Mr. Price died Saturday, July 5, 2003, at his residence. Burial will be at City of Duncan Cemetery under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. He was born April 19, 1931, in Rock Crossing, Texas, to Minette Albert and Ada Fern Howard Price. He grew up and attended school in Wichita Falls, Texas. He worked as an oil field worker until his retirement in 1988. He married Dorothy Lee Price in 1949 in Midland, Texas. She died Oct. 25, 1993. He later married Donna Price in 1988, in Odessa, Texas. She died Aug. 23, 2002. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Andrews, Texas. Survivors include a son, Keith Wayne Price, Duncan; three daughters: Carolyn Jumper and husband Bill, Duncan; Sandra Cook and husband Randall, and Connie Gray and husband Russell, all of Midland, Texas; a sister, Betty Shirley and husband Paul, Forest, Miss.; six grandchildren: Beverly Frederick and husband Robert, Comanche; Alan Jumper and wife Jill, Ben Wheeler, Texas; Jason Ward and wife Casci, Lubbock, Texas; Jeremy Ward, Midland, Texas; and Cody and Josh Gray, Ada; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Bill Price and Gene Price; and three sisters: Vivian Brodie, Jo Nell Wagnon and Ann Tyler.
