Scott V. Robinson, 72, veteran southwest Oklahoma druggist, died in a Duncan hospital early today. He had been in ill health since last October. He was born Aug. 14, 1893 in Rockwall County, Texas. He had lived in Stephens County for 21 years. He formerly owned a drug store in Comanche and at one time was a druggist in Waurika. Robinson was a druggist for 52 years. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Comanche, Masonic Lodge, and the Guthrie Scottish Rite Consistory. He was married to Jacqueline Lantrip at Wichita Falls Oct. 28, 1943. He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors are the wife Jackie; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Bishop, Sepulveda, Calif; two grandsons, Raymond and Ronald Kawal, Sepulveda; a son, Walter J. Robinson, Irving, Texas; three grandchildren, Walter, Jr., Donna, and Debbie Robinson, Irving; four sisters, Mrs. Nell Whitley, Verden, Mrs. Tracy Kuwitzky, Norman; Mrs. Francis Gould, Linwood, CA; and Mrs. Elva Sandford, San Clemente, Calif, and a brother, Charles O. Robinson, Lakewood, Calif. Services are set for 10 a.m. Friday in the First Methodist Church. The Rev. Sam Fox, minister, will officiate with the Rev. Timothy Ball, First Baptist Church, assisting. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery with the Morehead-Elsey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Bearers will be George Brown, Don Morrison, G.B. Snyder; C.P. Watson, Ralph Gardner and George Moser.
