Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 27, at the Callaway- Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs, with Cliff Werhan officiating. Burial was held in the Westview Cemetery. Born May 6, 1931, to Otto and Margaret (Allen) Macy, in Alva, she was a member of the Methodist Women of California, and enjoyed traveling, sewing, crossword puzzles, books, old movies, working with flowers, the ocean and her grandkids. She was preceded in death by a son, John Sykes; and her parents.
