He graduated from Comanche High School. He married Alice Brewer on Sept. 24 1986 in Guymon. He was a truck driver for Pioneer Transport in Guymon. Survivors include his wife of the home, his mother of Comanche, four step-sons, Jimmy Stogner of Baltimore, Tim Stogner, William Stogner and Robert Stogner, all of St. Louis, a brother James Stepp of Oklahoma City, and a sister Gayla Harris of Duncan. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Joe Stepp. Funeral services were held in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel of Duncan with Rev. Robert Brewer officiating, Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche. --------------------------------------------------------------------
