He was a farmer and rancher and was employed for 50 years with Beard Oil. He was a member of the Loco Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Juanita of the home; a daughter and her husband, JoAnn and Turner Biffle of Velma; a step-daughter and her husband Debbie and Jeff Sanner of Loco; a step-son, Paul Reid of Ada; three brothers, Bonnie Jo Sutton, Ted Sutton, and Edward Sutton; four grandchildren, R.T. Biffle, Robyn Sanner, Rana Sanner, Terri Fortner and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Raymond Sutton. Funeral services were held at the Loco Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating, assisted by Rev. John Croy. Burial was in the Loco Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home in Velma. --------------------------------------------------------------------
