Service is pending under the direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home =============== Lora Bell Strickland Wagoner -- Former Duncan resident Lora Bell Strickland 101, died Thursday, Oct 15, 1987, at her Wagoner home after a brief illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Victory Baptist Church with grandson Jess Strickland officiating. Burial will be in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home. Born Oct 17, 1885 in Como, Texas, Mrs Strickland was a homemaker and a member of the Victory Baptist Church. She married Sam Strickland was preceded in death by four children, Irene Strickland, W D Strickland, James Strickland and J C Strickland. Survivors include a son Jess G Strickland of Aloha, Oregon; three daughters, Wanda Little of Wagoner, Stella Turner of Duncan, and Emma Lee Tucker of King City, Oregon; 17 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 28 great-great-grandchildren.
