Sanders of Duncan, born Dec. 13 1904 in Polk Co. Ark. to James Wiley and Nannie Phillips Dingler, died April 4 1999 in Wilkins Nursing Center. She married Burr G. Sanders on Oct. 13 1923 in Atoka . She was a Duncan resident since 1976, moving from Wichita Falls TX, Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Helen Sanders of Grandview MO and Jack and Neva Sanders of Yukon, four daughters and sons-in-law, Louise and Jess Harris of Hobbs, NM, Nadine and Bob Johnson of Duncan, Maridel Waddle of Rockwall TX, and Betty and Jerry Grisham of Saginaw TX, 17 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in Sept. 1986. Funeral services were in the Oak Ave. Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Steve Ruby officiating. Burial was in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home in Duncan. --------------------------------------------------------------------
