Jill Lynette Tow 

PORTLAND, Ind. — Service for Jill Lynette Tow, 33, of Portland, Ind., who 
died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002, in Portland, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in 
the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home with Pastor 
Mike Tarner officiating. Following cremation, burial will be in Antioch 
Cemetery southeast of Portland. 

Ms. Tow is the daughter of Charles Tow, Jr., and the sister of Charles Tow 
III, both of Duncan.
