She married Charlie "Frank" Tipton on July 24 1959 in San Norwood TX. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of the home, two daughters, Janice Sides of Duncan and Nancy Sue Thompson of Oklahoma City, two brothers, Kenneth Hightower and Dennie Hightower, both of Duncan, two sisters, Alma Ward of Moore and Vena Kerbo of Kingston, four grandchildren, Kristopher Sides, Anthony Sides, Heath Thompson and Ruth Ann Thompson. Funeral services were held in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Jackson officiating. Burial was in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home of Duncan. --------------------------------------------------------------------
