Talley, born Jan.1 1921 in Velma Ok to Leonard and Melvina Lowder Talley, died Jan. 29 1999 at Duncan Regional Hospital. Burial with Masonic Rites was in the Duncan Cemetery. He married Theda Wagnon on July 18 1942 in Chickasha OK. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, a pipefitter in Local 344, a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the McAlester Consistory and a Shriner. Survivors include his wife of the home, two brothers-in-law Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Humphrey of Pauls Valley, Dr. and Mrs. Donald Collins of Spring TX. Sisters-in-law Mrs. A.L. Pollard of Houston, Mrs. Eva Wilson of Duncan, a brother Pete and Ruth Talley of Meridian, a sister Wanda and Loyd Girod of Midwest City. --------------------------------------------------------------------
