Mildred Treadwell

MOBEETIE - Mildred Treadwell, 73, died Friday, May 21, 1999.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mobeetie Cemetery with the 
Rev. Gary Jahnel, pastor of Mobeetie United Methodist Church, officiating. 
Burial will be in Mobeetie Cemetery by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors of 
Canadian.

Mrs. Treadwell was born in Duncan, Okla. In 1930, she moved from Lefors to 
Mobeetie, where she graduated from Mobeetie High School. She was a 
homemaker.

She married Albert Wayne Treadwell in 1947 at Mobeetie. He died in 1970.

Survivors include two daughters, Becky Whatley and Carolyn Price, both of 
Canadian; and four grandchildren.

Viewing will be from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until 12:30 
p.m. Monday at Wright Funeral Home in Wheeler.

The family suggests memorials be to Hemphill County Hospice, 1020 S. 4th, 
Canadian, TX 79014 or Mobeetie Cemetery Association.
