All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Albert Wesley Turner Albert Wesley Turner, 85, of 1904 N US 81, died Tuesday, March 8, 1981 in Duncan after a long illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev David Burum and the Rev Michael Block officiating. Burial will be in the Duncan Cemetery. Mr Turner was born April 3, 1902 in Marlow. A lifetime resident of Comanche, he retired from Mobil Oil Co in1958. He was a former member of the Duncan Moose Lodge. He married Stella Ethel Strickland July 9, 1927 in Duncan. Survivors include his wife of the home; two daughters, Mrs Alton (Helene) Faver of Orland Calif.and Mrs Leon (Colene) Cox of LaMarque, Texas; a son, Wesley E Turner of Pauls Valley, two sisters; Pearl Parker of Lubbock Texas, and Sally Ford of Oklahoma City; a brother, Cy O.
