Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with Jerry Golden, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors. Mrs. Walls was born Eula Mae Newberry on June 25, 1910, in Honey Grove. She was born again in Christ in her early childhood and was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Duncan, Okla. She moved with her parents to the Memphis area in 1924. She married Acie Elbert Walls on Jan. 8, 1926. Pallbearers include Jimmy Bessire, Douglas Bessire, Jeff Walls, Wayne Thomas, David Dunbar, Mike Manning and Judd Pearce. Honorary pallbearers include Wayland Thomas, Dallie Thomas and Joel Boyer. Survivors include two daughters, Laura Norman and husband, Bill Boyer, of Phoenix, and Daphna Tobey and husband, Robert, of Indianapolis; a son, Dwayne Walls and wife, Shari, of Bennington, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Jimmy Dean Bessire, Deborah Bessire Thomas and husband, Wayne, Douglas Jay Bessire and wife, Kim, Teri Tobey Dunbar and husband, David, Tracy Tobey Manning and husband, Mike, Jeffrey Wayne Walls and wife, Christy, and Brandy Walls-Pearce and husband, Judd; nine great-grandchildren, Jay Bessire, Wayland Thomas, Dallie Wade Thomas, Victoria Danielle Dunbar, Andrew Chase Dunbar, Brooklyn Shari Walls, Kennedy Deann Walls, Tobey James Manning and Eleana Jean Manning; a great-great-granddaughter, Kyle Ann Bessire; and a host of extended friends and family members.
