Vada E. Willis

Vada E. Willis, 84, of Amarillo, died Saturday, June 19, 1999. 

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Llano Cemetery with the 
Rev. Robert Field, pastor of Southeast Baptist Church, officiating. 
Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St.

Mrs. Willis was born in Marlow, Okla., and moved to Amarillo more than 60 
years ago. She graduated from Amarillo Beauty College and had been a 
licensed hairdresser for more than 63 years. She attended Southeast 
Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a son, William Worth Willis in November. 

Survivors include a son, Lamond Willis of Amarillo; friend Jeannie M. 
Preston of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. 

The family will be at 1622 S. Buchanan.
