All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Marlow Review 7 Mar 2005 Lifelong Marlow area resident, George David "Son" Wilson, 85, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2005. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Monday, March 14, at Callaway-Smith- Cobb Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Hatfield officiating. Burial was held in the Marlow Cemetery. Born Jan. 13, 1920, to George and Hattie (Woods) Wilson, in Duncan, he was a veteran of the US Army, serving during WWII. He loved farming, taking care of his chickens, goats, cows, horses and loved to fish. On Jan. 31, 1964, he married Gracie Hice in Lawton, she preceded him in death on Oct. 3, 2002. He was also preceded in death by, an infant daughter in 1947; his parents; two sisters, Norma Rowe and Onita Kulbeth;and a daughter-in-law, Lita. Survivors include a son, Larry Wilson of Hawaii; a granddaughter, Tracie Pagud of Hawaii; a great-grandson, Gabe Pagud of Hawaii; and seven step- childern, Doris, Joanne, Ronnie, Shirley, Barbara, Tommy, and David. Other survivors include, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Jr. Bundell, Martha and Raymond McKeever all of Marlow, and Geraldine and George Jones of Eugene, Or.; a brother and sister-in-law, Milo and Barbara Wilson of Marlow; and a brother-in-law, Debo Kulbeth of Marlow; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Ronnie Voight, Alvin Blundell, Rick Blundell, Jimmy Blundell, Mack Voight and Gary McKeever.
